VIRTUAL TRUST PLANNING

The Ladd Firm drafts both wills and trusts, but we are currently only offering virtual planning services for trust clients. We offer virtual trust planning in Alabama, Mississippi, and Texas. Although many lawyers offer wills, you should only hire a highly trained and experienced trust planning law firm to draft your trust.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

1.) First call 251-431-6014 to schedule a FREE TELEPHONE CONSULTATION with one of our trust planning attorneys. We can usually schedule the consultation on the same day.

2.) We will email or text you a link with a video that will help you determine whether you need a trust.

3.) Our attorney will call you at the designated time for your FREE TELEPHONE CONSULTATION.

4.) Our attorney will answer all of your questions, advise you regarding whether you need a trust and will give you a free price quote over the phone.

5.) If you chose to move forward, we will schedule you for a DESIGN MEETING and collect a $250 deposit.

6.) We will then send you a short questionnaire with some basic questions about you and your family to be filled out online.

7.) You will then meet with one of our attorneys by Zoom who will walk you through a series of questions that appear on a screen. Your answers will be used to draft your trust documents. The DESIGN MEETING will last approximately one hour. The meeting is very educational and will help you understand how your trust plan works.

8.) At the end of the DESIGN MEETING, our attorney will provide you with the total cost of drafting your trust plan.

9.) Upon receiving payment, we will draft your plan using state of the art WealthCounsel software.

10.) You can then either choose to execute your documents without our assistance for free, or we can arrange for a mobile notary to meet you wherever you choose to execute your documents for an additional charge.
