Our office remains open by appointment during normal business hours of 8:30 am to 5 pm.  Many of our regular processes are well-suited to serving clients during this challenging time.  We continue to offer free 15-minute estate planning phone consultations and on-demand educational seminars on estate planning and elder law topics. In addition to our normal practices, we have adopted the following additional measures in response to COVID-19:

• We are sanitizing our conference room before and after client meetings.
• We are implementing guidelines for will and trust signing meetings to minimize exposure between clients, lawyers and staff.
• Depending on the client's situation, we may agree to hold will and trust design meetings by telephone or video conference.

Many of our clients are the in the group that is most at risk from COVID-19.  For your own protection and others, we urge you to follow the advice of local and national health care authorities.
